1.You decide among the specifications listed for your home or weather you want model design
2. You select a model to receive a rough design sketch
3. You submit a 10% deposit to OED Home Kits to begin formal purchase process
4. You get design sketch modified by your local municipality to abide by local and state regulations
5. We provide you final copy final drawing after modifications
6. You submit final drawing to local municipality for final stamp of approval
7. You make a “50% of balance” payment to OED Home Kits to begin assembly and customization process.
8. (Build-Out) You will provide the remainder of the balance due once assembly is complete. (Build-Out) and placed on property
